O.I.S. is a well-established modular furniture installation company, located in Iowa. We service many local companies in the state of Iowa from Dealerships to the end users of the office furniture. Our company was founded in 1989 and has worked with virtually every major line of office systems furniture. We do new and existing furniture installations, reconfigurations, refabrication, shelving, moving and storage.
Utilizing our company’s services can be very cost effective. We are a Certified Targeted Small Business (TSB) registered with the state of Iowa. We service companies with employees ranging from 10 to over 10,000. O.I. S. has built its reputation with highly personal service and a comprehensive understanding of each clients unique needs. Our office/warehouse facilities have a dock and drive in overhead doors for receiving and delivery.

I didn't want any more time to pass before writing to give you my perspective of the installation job by the OIS crew for both of our newest buildings. On both job site, all of your installers consistently presented themselves professionally. They were hard-working, helpful, courteous, respectful and good-humored. Against an incredible timeframe in Bldg 193, they never waivered and that continued through with their efforts in Bldg 131 to the end. Mike Kauffman ran his crew with high standards and they met them. It was always a positive experience when interfacing with Mike & I appreciated his calling me to clarify the issues that he did. I felt that once we agreed to something, I knew it would get accomplished. Thank you for the positive experience. I want to wish your company continued success in the Eastern Iowa arena.
